Miss Samoa Feagaimaali’i Soti-Mapu did Samoa proud at the Miss Pacific Islands 2026 placed 3nd runner-up. The crown went to Alaiva Samuels of Fiji with Miss Papua New Guinea placed 1st runner up. Miss Samoa’s message stood out during the event. Miss Soti-Mapu spoke strongly about ending violence and cyberbullying in our communities. She took Samoa’s “Pola Puipui National Prevention Framework” to the region and reminded everyone that violence is not only happening face to face, but more prevalently online through social media. Miss Samoa Feagaimaali’i Soti-Mapu advocates to stop online violence and cyberbullying. Miss Samoa advocated that instead of using social media to hurt others, we can use it to spread kindness and positive messages. She said these platforms can help teach young people about respect, support those who are bullied, and create safe online spaces where Pacific youth feel heard and valued. Her message was simple and powerful. “We all have a part to play in protecting one another.” Miss Samoa showed that wearing a crown is not just about beauty, but about leadership, caring for others, and being a voice for those who cannot speak for themselves.”.
