Plumber At least Form 6 level education and possess a trade certificate in plumbing/water fitter license. At least 2 years experience in plumbing and sheet metal fabrication preferably in the Hotel industry. Excellent knowledge and understanding of irrigation, sewer and main water lines and OH&S standards. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, be customer oriented and well groomed. Ability to work any shift pattern, flexible with working hours and work unsupervised Painter Proven experience as a Painter (hotel experience an advantage) Knowledge of painting techniques and materials. Ability to use ladders, scaffolding and painting tools safely. Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship. Physically fit and able to work indoors and outdoors. Ability to work any shift pattern – flexible with working hours. Groundsmen Physically fit and able to work outdoors. Experience in gardening, landscaping or general maintenance. Ability to safely operate gardening tools and equipment. Reliable, punctual and hardworking. Ability to work any shift pattern – flexible with working hours. Pool Maintenance At least Form 5 level education with at least 1 year experience in pool maintenance in the hospitality Industry. Knowledge of how to operate Pool Cleaning equipment; vacuum, leaf rakes etc., water quality control and environmental issues. Chemical knowledge is preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, confident and have excellent grooming. Excellent swimming skills and have a current First Aid & CPR Certificate with the ability to enter and work in the pool year-round. Ability to work any shift pattern and flexible with working hours.
